Hi all its been some time and alot of new things have come my way  Well first I got a Job that lets me traivel a lot and see thing alot of us take fro granted and for my friends that are in to food i found new and old ways of cooking the deep south has one again got my creatative side going But not to be out done Iam the new chapter Press. of the Zzen chapter of A.B.A.T.E. here thats a big thing and i wont to make it all work and go places with it hope fully forward LOL and than I will be taking over at the chip this year for the bike rodeo again a nother big thing in my life some thing i live for I would never think that I would be scard of doing something i love but with all this new change going on in my life and the wourld around us again I find my self wondering if i can do this I have plenty Ids for what i wont to try Imy self  am so ues to just doing things to find out if thay work that now that i have to have others look to me and give permission to let me try that I feel as if my hands and feet ar tied and not in a fun loving way like a cow would be when thay braind them but i will find a way to work with this out  and to my friend out thair stay safe Good health hope this bad time dont get you down and we can all get throw this together  your friend  Rick
